Ms. Parran holds a M.A. degree in Business Management from Webster University, as well as an A.A. in Liberal Arts and a B.A. in Journalism from Stephens College. Ms. Parran currently is the Associate State Director for Public Affairs for the AARP and previously held positions with the Urban League of Greater Kansas City, Park College and the Ohio Arts Council. Mr. Riddle is a 1982 graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a B.S. degree in pharmacy. He started his pharmacy career at St. Lukes Hospital in Kansas City. He worked for several chain pharmacies before purchasing his first pharmacy in Crane, Missouri. He controlled all aspects of Riddle Pharmacy for over 22 years, including daily operations, employee supervision, nursing home consultations, and third party administration. Currently, Mr. Riddle is a partner of Plaza Pharmacy in Shell Knob, MO. He is a member of the Missouri Pharmacy Association, and serves as president of the Table Rock Lake Community Foundation, an affiliate of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks.

Barbara Bilek received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1972 and Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 1990 from the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center College of Pharmacy. She is also licensed as a pharmacist in Illinois and California. Ms. Bilek started her pharmacy career at Little Company of Mary Hospital, Evergreen Park, Illlinois, where she worked as a staff pharmacist, oncology clinical pharmacist, and QA Coordinator. She then became assistant director at the University of Illinois Hospital, and also served as clinical assistant professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center College of Pharmacy. Ms. Bilek currently serves as Pharmacy Director at Heartland Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph, Missouri. She is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and Missouri Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
